Amanda van Gils

Raised and trained in Melbourne, Amanda van Gils now resides in Brisbane. Known for her contemporary 'motion landscapes' Amanda has had work included in a number of publications and exhibitions. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Art from Monash University and a Post Graduate in Visual Art from the Victorian College of the Arts (VCA).
Amanda has exhibited in over 100 exhibitions, including over 25 solo exhibitions. Her work has been selected for into a number of national art prizes including; the Sunshine Coast Art Prize, Mosman Art Prize, Whyalla Art Prize, Fleurieu Art Prize, John Leslie Art Prize, Tattersall's Club Landscape Art Prize, Norvill Art Prize and others.
